Refund policy

At Wayward Industries, every order is made on demand, printed and fulfilled specifically for you. We take quality seriously, and we stand behind what we sell.

What we cover

We will offer a full replacement or refund if your order arrives with any of the following:

  • A manufacturing defect (misprints, ink errors, stitching faults)
  • Damaged or faulty product on arrival
  • Wrong item sent
  • Significantly different from what was described or shown

These rights are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

How to make a claim

Contact us at admin@waywardindustries.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any defects. We'll assess and respond within 2–3 business days.

Change of mind

Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply don't like the product. Please refer to our size guides before purchasing. If you need help choosing, reach out before you order and we'll point you in the right direction.

Shipping on returns

If we've made an error or the product is faulty, we'll cover the cost of any return shipping or send a replacement at no charge. For any approved return, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
